If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite
you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

At Thrifting Simply, we take pride in offering a curated selection of secondhand items that have been thoroughly inspected for quality and accuracy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we stand behind the products we sell. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any items purchased from our website.

 

However, we understand that sometimes preferences change, and we want you to be delighted with your thrifted find. If you are not completely happy with your purchase and wish to exchange it for something else, we are happy to accommodate exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with
Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined
under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same
meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company,

Here’s how our exchange process works:

 

  1. Contact Us: If you decide to exchange your item, please get in touch with our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at thriftingsimply@gmail.com
  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels intact.
  1. Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange as well as the shipping costs for the new item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
  1. Price Difference: In case the item you wish to exchange for is priced higher than the original purchase, you will be responsible for covering the price difference. We will assist you with the payment process for any additional amount due.
  1. Exchange Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you promptly. Please allow 5-7 business days for the exchange process to be completed.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. In the rare event that the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will offer you store credit or provide you with other suitable alternatives.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You
should send the Goods to the address received in the email you have been using for support.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable
to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received
return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to
you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the
returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had
the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the
refund to the gift giver.
